   • Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for the packing team.

   • Identify areas for improvement in the packing process and implement solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.

7. Reporting and Documentation:
   • Maintain accurate records of packing operations, including production reports, inventory levels, and quality control logs.

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with solid experience in B2B sales, especially in the hotel, hospitality, furniture, and home décor segments.
Location: Noida

• Implement and maintain QMS across the plant.
• Plan and manage internal & external audits and documentation.
• Ensure process integration and system alignment across divisions.
• Conduct product, process, and system audits.
• Identify gaps, drive CAPA, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Promote adherence to SOPs and quality manuals.
• Support continuous improvement through best-practice sharing and cross-functional initiatives.

• Conduct internal inspectionConduct external inspection along with 3P.
•  Cross verification of internal inspector.
•  Documents preparation during initial stage (PPM notes, CS sample report, PFD ,  MCP, RA etc).
•  Attend pre-production meeting with client and prepare PPM notes.
  Prepare pilot run documents (CS sample report ,pilot Approved packing PPT) and perform internal pilot run and then conduct external pilot run with PSQA
  Provide training to line checkers and line QA as per Manufacturing Variability.
  Conduct process and product audit.

Support day-to-day production operations and shop-floor activities
Assist in production planning, process improvement, and efficiency enhancement
Monitor machine performance, quality, and safety compliance
