Job Description
1.Providing primary treatment to the IPs under ESIC
2.Referring patients with moderate to severe illness to ESIC hospital (Bareilly, Noida and Sahibabad)
3.Sanctioning of Medical leave& Fitness certificates.
4.Scrutinizing of each bill & documents presented by the patient for reimbursement.
5.Ensuring completion of first aid boxes by nursing staff.
6.Imparting training & awareness to medical staff on First Aid.
7.Half yearly awareness sessions to Employees on HIV-AIDS & Food safety
8.General awareness sessions for female employees on Menstrual hygiene
9.House Keeping and Bio-Medical Waste Management with the help of Admin Team
10.Ensuring smooth functioning of the dispensary.
