- Responsible for overall Planning , direction , implementation, coordination for packing process
- On Time Delivery – Ability to manage the production schedule, allocate resources effectively, and ensure timely product delivery
- Productivity Improvement – Process Optimization: Ability to identify and implement improvements in Packing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

- To ensure that

- Work closely with Production & NPD team in determining best methods to accomplish desired results.
- Specifically aware about Exports Buyers like TARGET / H&M / WSI / RUSTA / IKEA / PB etc…
- To establish Strong Customer Base while performing Internal / External Audits & Plant Improvements.
- Develop and maintain Quality Standards and check procedures throughout the facility.
- Analyzing the rejections / rework / statistical data to take corrective and preventive actions to eliminate the root cause of the problems in order to prevent the recurrence of the problem.

- Responsible for quality inspection failing; final inspection, in-process/inline quality audit, and inspection.
- Responsible for customer (buyer) quality claim and all technical audits and implementation of customer technical requirements.
- Ensure people/ process adhere to Company norms / standards, 5S, QC & improvement activities etc.

Job Description
- Provide leadership for quality activities associated with New Product Development and expand quality system tools and procedures to support NPD Toll gate Processes.
- Set new product quality metrics/goals for the organization, provide performance feedback and lead corrective action activities as needed. Track product lifecycle quality performance and identify design improvement opportunities for quality improvement to deliver improved warranty performance.
- Define corporate quality system improvement strategies for New Product Development Processes and drive implementation.
- Develop and implement key new product quality system elements and tools (QFD, FMEA, Design and Process Validation/reviews, APQP, PPAP, etc.) to be incorporated into NPD Tollgate Process. Train and coach team on their use.
- Provide quality leadership for Critical-To-Quality (CTQ) flow down and specification development.
- Provide quality leadership for validation test plan development and execution (design and process validation). Revise/expand reliability test protocols to better predict long term field performance.
